The Process Behind New Lion’s Arch

Today Anatoli Ingram over at the official GW2 site released a new blog post detailing the design and thought process behind creating the new iteration of Lion’s Arch. He spoke to Dave Beetlestone, who helped to create the original Lion’s Arch in the original Guild Wars. In the post, they discuss why Lion’s Arch was the chosen target for Scarlet Briar’s attacks and why Lion’s Arch’s original design lead to the type of city we now see. The importance of social hubs are also mentioned.
